All other income, including self employment, must be verifiable through bank statements or tax records. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS – A credit score of at least 650 is required. A credit score less than 650, if accepted by us, may require payment of an additional security deposit. BANKRUPTCY – No bankruptcy filing within the last 2 years. CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS – No criminal convictions within the last five years for manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance. No criminal convictions within the last five years for any type of crime that would be considered a threat to real property or to the safety and well being of others.
