Our sun-filled, peaceful, and spacious private single level family home was built in 2003, and has new carpet in bedrooms, high ceilings, and beautiful stone floors throughout the home. It's thoughtfully furnished to be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our private backyard has a hot tub, dog run and fruit trees that you're welcome to take from. It's close to the freeway (101), hospitals, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, Lagunitas Brewing Company, a new train station and more. There's three bedrooms (3rd bedroom is an office), 2 full baths, large kitchen, dining and family room, washer and dryer usage. Note that we will have items in the garage and our guests will be able to use a small section for storage and to use the E.V. charger.
