Bedroom 4 has an attached bathroom (shower only) that the property owner will use. So, two renters share the main bathroom (with tub and shower head) and all three housemates share the kitchen, washer and dryer, and large back covered patio. The kitchen has a stove and oven, a refrigerator and a microwave. One individual per room. Each tenant will also have dedicated space in the shared kitchen, including in the refrigerator. On site storage is unfortunately not available. The house is about 8 mins away by car from both Whitman College and the Community College (or about 50 mins away on foot from both). Drugs and/or marijuana/cigarette smoking/vaping and/or incense burning/lit candles are not allowed anywhere on the property - to ensure a smoke-free and drug-free environment, tests may be done. Animals are also not allowed because this is a shared living situation with housemates. First month, security deposit and last month rent required to move in each bedroom.
