Violating this rule may result in your reservation being canceled, and any lease violations such as smoking, noise, or trash will incur a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee, and parking fobs will cost $100. No parties or noise violations are allowed, and violations, including extra guests not reported in your booking, will result in a $200 fine. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and violations will result in a $200 fine. It does not record conversations or violate your privacy but will alert us if thresholds are exceeded. Please leave the space tidy by placing dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, and keeping the unit as you found it; excessive mess will result in a $100 fee.
