Small enclosed back porch and a large enclosed front porch. Two garages: one with over head door, the other swinging door. Both with electricity. Off street parking in back by the garages and to the side of house. Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
