About This Property

The Onsite Manager will show the apartment ONLY to qualified and preapproved Applicants. This is a Newly remodeled GROUND FL 2-bedroom Unit of approximately TBD sq. ft. Appliances (stove/range and refrigerator) are NOT included. Air Conditioner is NOT included. The 14-unit complex is quiet, safe and well-maintained and is within walking distance from the newly developed promenade (https://promenade-downey.com). There is a maximum of 5 occupants per each 2 -bedroom unit. A $50 pet fee is applied for approved pet(s) (there is a one pet limit for a domestic cat OR a small to medium size dog). Application Requirements are as follows: Security deposit (equivalent to first month's rent) and one month's rent. Filled-in application with paycheck stubs for the past 2 months with ID (additional identification/residency may be requested. There is $35.00 credit check fee if the applicant is approved.
