About 932 Mississippi St Lawrence, KS 66044 This is a renovated house that was built in 1915 It is located a few blocks from the University of Kansas stadium and is walking distance to the downtown shopping area. The apartments share a large front porch, a patio (fenced on the side of the house), a high efficiency furnace, and off street parking (This apartment gets 1 space), the electric for each apartment is separately metered. This is a 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. It has a large living room with wood floors, a ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. The apartment also has a large eat in kitchen with light oak cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The stove is full size with a self-cleaning feature. There is a newly added washer/dryer stack unit. The bath is off the bedroom and has a stall shower. The bedroom will take a full or a queen size bed with a split box springs. There is a tight turn in the stair case, so only a full size box sprigs will make the turn and a love seat couch. (Please note a full size couch and a queen size box springs will not make this turn.) Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. References and security deposits are required. Nonsmoking units. Application fee is $100, upon approval $60 goes towards your deposit!

The kitchen is huge and includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, light oak cabinets and room for a table and chairs. The bedroom is off the kitchen. It has room for any size bed. There is a double closet with sliding mirror doors and a nook for a dresser. There are lots of windows and a window air conditioner. The bathroom is off the kitchen. Application fee is $60, upon approval $40 goes towards your deposit! Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit.
