Pristine condominium across from beach! Beautiful condition. Wonderful color scheme makes this a dream vacation. New Kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has gorgeous granite tops, microwave and convection overn combination. The condominium was recently renovated top to bottom. Step out of the condo and breath in the ocean air, you are only 1/2 block to the beach! Fantastic restaurants within walking distances. Boutiques stores one block away. The beach is wide and lovely. This is a smoke free building inside and outside areas. Pets under 20 lbs are acceptable. Rent for full season $16,000 July $7,500 August $8,000 up to Labor Day, We can offer an extended season Nice sitting area outside condominium with afternoon sun. Laundry on premises.
