This studio on Mare Island has a separate entrance in a quiet neighborhood. Over 400 squarefeet; a kitchen with a working gas range, stove, sink, fridge (with freezer) and microwave; a full bathroom; a walk-in closet with built-in shelving; AC/heating independent of the main house; and high speed, unlimited internet access. To access the unit, you need to pass through a side gate of the main house and pass through the courtyard. The unit sits above the garage, which we use on a daily basis. The unit price per month includes: water, electricity, trash, and internet. The unit also comes with a new queen sized bed, memory foam mattress, and any of the other items you see in the picture (including lamps, desk, etc). The unit does not include a wash/dryer. There is safe, plentiful street parking that doesn't require a permit and does not have restrictions. We also have cameras that monitor the courtyard for security purposes and it does not face into the unit. About us, we are a family of four with two small children. The adults work from home and the children are at school/camps during the day.
