There is an enclosed screened-in porch in front of the home for enjoying the nice weather! Newer carpet in bedroom and stairs and flooring in kitchen & mud room. Available immediately. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, 1 month security deposit, 12-month minimum lease. There is a nonrefundable Application Fee for each adult. Tenants pay for all utilities and are tasked with yard upkeep, lawn mowing, and snow removal. Small dogs allowed with restrictions, guidelines, additional rent and additional deposit.
