The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 930 North
This place seemed too good to be true and it was. The hallways smell 3-4 days a week when the garbage piles up high enough to block the trash chutes AND this seeps into your apartment. If you’re lucky, your neighbors will take their garbage back to their apartment when it is full and if you’re not they’ll leave it in the hallway. The floors are slanted, the construction was poor - think face plates on cabinets meant for drawers with no drawer and just hollow pilot holes in the front. Bedroom window doesn’t open which is scary to think about for evacuation. Random fire alarms going off so loud you won’t be able to think accompanied by the brightest flashing light. Broken dryer. Broken washer. People fight for the machines - which are free - but you run the risk of a waiting neighbor throwing your clothes on the floor if you don’t swap out immediately. The only thing this place has going for it is the maintenance man who will respond if you call directly. Management does not care about tenants, safety or keeping the trash from piling up. I imagine we’ll have some sort of infestation eventually.
I have lived here for 2 months, do not have hot water. Water from kitchen sink has no flow and is orange. Slider door is slanted away from the wall and daylight is visible because of the building’s foundation issues that they do not disclose to you. Doors to units all have huge gaps so all noises and smells come into your unit, lights in the hallway have been out for over a month. Maintenance requests get cancelled without anyone doing anything. They say they are working on the major issues yet no one is here doing anything. Can’t break the lease.
