Sunflower Shores is a beautifully renovated property located in one of the most desirable areas in Oliphant, Ontario, within the South Bruce Peninsula. With the lake at your doorstep, this Austrian-inspired home features large bright windows, a wrap-around porch with patio lights, and a path with direct access to the water. This chalet reflects an Austrian vibe with all-new interiors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, and a huge table for family dinners. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen 4k TV in the open-concept living and game area. The massive patio offers breathtaking views of the lake. The chalet includes three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed, television, and ensuite bathroom; a second bedroom with a queen bed and two double bunk beds; and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-out to the back porch. Accommodating up to eight guests comfortably, all mattresses are super comfy. We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, which helps cover the extra cleaning after checkout. Parking is available for 2-3 cars, with a maximum of 2 in winter. Please park only on the asphalt, as the lawn belongs to the neighbors. Oliphant is a special place you won't want to leave, situated on Lake Huron. The marina is a short walk from the cottage, and it's just 10 minutes to Sauble Beach and 15 minutes to Wiarton for groceries and shopping. Oliphant Beach is a great family destination with a long shoreline and shallow waters, perfect for kiteboarding or relaxing on a pool mattress. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits. Parties are not permitted, and you will be fined by Bylaws. Replacement fees apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment. Towels, sheets, pillows, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Missing items will incur fees. Always close the garage door after garbage disposal to avoid additional cleaning fees. If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them. Exercise caution when venturing into the woods or the water. Note that landscaping contractors will be at the property weekly. The property uses well water and a rural septic system, so do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid clogs and charges. The internet download speed is usually 10-15mbps, perfect for working from home or school.
