No pets are allowed in the home. This is a non-party home, and any evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside. Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras; a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged if tampered with. The maximum occupancy is 10 people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check-out unless prior permission is granted. Any violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
