This house has it all from the premium laminate flooring, granite countertops, and lots of storage space in the garage and attic. The owner's suite has a LARGE walk-in closet, and the bathroom has a double vanity. All bedrooms are on the second floor, leaving you space downstairs to gather and entertain. There is even a whole house water softener and filtration system with a reverse osmosis fountain on the kitchen sink. Renter is responsible for utilities and yard upkeep. House is in an HOA (includes trash pick up), but owner will take care of that fee. Renters will be provided HOA rules. No breed or size restrictions for dogs. No smoking in the house.
