Steps away from Camel's Back Park, this 2-bedroom cottage is perfect for a couple or a family of four or five. This cottage features a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dining and serving ware, baking pans, pots and pans, mixing bowls, a Keurig, percolator, and French Press. Guests also have access to laundry and detergent. The main bedroom has a queen bed with nightstands and a closet. The guest bedroom has a full bed with a dresser, closet, and access to a pack n play. The living room includes a pull-out sofa queen bed and a 44” smart HDTV. The bathroom has a shower/tub, hairdryer, linens, and basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap. One well-behaved dog is welcome with a $70 pet fee to cover cleaning expenses. Located in Boise's historic North End neighborhood, this cottage is near friendly neighbors, beautiful homes, and a charming block of delicious eateries and shops. Camel's Back Park is just steps away, offering a playground, tennis courts, open green space, and a trailhead entrance with over 200 miles of hiking and biking trails. Downtown Boise is one mile south of the cottage. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be mindful of neighbors. No smoking is permitted on the premises or inside the home; a $500 mitigation fee will apply if smoking is discovered on the premises. No events or parties are allowed. Dogs should not be on furniture. The yard is fenced with a three-foot fence and may not be ideal for dogs that will jump. No animals other than a dog are allowed, as the family has allergies to other animals. A fee may incur if unapproved animals are on the premises. Check-out is at 11 a.m. [SI]
