Welcome to our unique and charming cottage, ideally located just half a mile from the beach and one mile from Barefoot Landing. Our cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Nestled within the Barefoot RV Resort, you\'ll have complete access to a range of resort amenities, including a splash pad, lazy river, swimming pool, and a camp store.
The cottage itself features a spacious porch, full-sized appliances, and delightful beach-themed decor. For added convenience, golf cart rentals are available through Salty Frye\'s Golf Carts.
The Cottage is initially priced as a 1-bedroom with a loft featuring a queen bed and 1 full bathroom. However, for an additional $50 per night plus a $25 cleaning fee, guests can enjoy access to an extra full bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in closet (please refer to the pictures for details).
If you\'d like to access the additional bedroom and bathroom, simply message us directly after booking, and I\'ll add the extra $35 fee per night, along with the $25 cleaning fee, bringing the total cleaning fee to $150.

We\'re a pet-friendly destination, allowing up to 2 pets under 50 lbs. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet and a $75 fee for 2 pets.

We exclusively partner with Salty Frye\'s Golf Carts for rentals. Please cooperate by using their services.
Your rental is located inside the Barefoot RV Resort, and you\'ll have your own home, porch, yard, and even a fire pit. While the pool is for the entire community\'s use, please note that it\'s heated starting in April until weather permits.
You\'ll have the entire home to yourself, including the patio and yard, and you\'ll also enjoy access to the pool, restrooms, showers, playground, laundry facility, and camp store.
Sheets and towels are not provided, so please plan accordingly.
Our location is fantastic - just half a mile from the beach, a quarter of a mile from a grocery store and restaurants, and one mile from Barefoot Landing! You can easily reach all of these places by golf cart, which you can rent through Salty Frye\'s Golf Carts. They\'ll even deliver it to the cottage on the day of your arrival!
From the resort, you can reach the beach, Barefoot Landing, gas stations, grocery stores, dining, shopping, entertainment, and more via golf cart. You can either bring your own or rent one from Salty Frye\'s. We exclusively work with Salty Frye\'s for golf cart rentals.
There is beach parking on the same avenue as the resort. Simply cross HWY US 17 at the light, and parking is about a quarter of a mile down on the right.
Please note that the minimum age to book our property is 21.

Our Cottage Community is located inside Barefoot RV Resort, where you\'ll have your own home, porch, and yard. The pool is available for the entire community to use.
Our home boasts a lovely 10x10 front porch, perfect for watching sunsets. Kids can enjoy a wonderful playground, and there are also yard games available in the outdoor play area, including cornhole and oversized connect 4.
The RV resort offers a wide range of activities, from tie-dying t-shirts to crafts, live music, and hula shows. You\'ll find plenty of picnic tables in that area as well.
Additionally, there\'s a laundry facility and bathhouse within the resort.
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels upon arrival. Sheets and towels are not included.
