I'm looking for a good tenant for this 1-bedroom ground level pet-friendly apartment in Dixon! Owner pays for your water, sewer, trash, and gas, which saves you at least $200 per month during the winter! Lawn care and snow removal are also provided for you. This apartment has both on and off-street parking. Also has laundry available in the basement, as well as additional storage. Approved dogs are $50 extra per month, while approved cats are $30 extra. This apartment will only be shown to approved applicants, so please apply if serious about renting it. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required before move in. No smoking allowed.
