The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals, while the living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV for unwinding at night. The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with three well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including a spa-style primary suite with a freestanding tub. Heated bathroom floors in the primary suite, a large mudroom, and a heated garage make winter stays especially comfortable. Step outside to the spacious back patio, perfect for grilling, gathering, and enjoying the fresh mountain air. A private hot tub is planned for the summer 2026 season. Located in Victor on the quiet side of the Tetons, this home offers a peaceful valley base with direct access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone while staying removed from the heavier congestion found closer to the park gateways. This location provides efficient access to major ski destinations, paired with the comfort of returning home to a quieter mountain community after a full day outdoors. Dining, breweries, coffee shops, and local boutiques are all within a short drive, making this Victor home an ideal blend of access, scenery, and quiet mountain living. Grand Teton National Park’s Primary Entrance is just 44 min (29 miles). Yellowstone National Park is reachable via the South Entrance in 2 hr 1 min (81 miles) or the West Entrance in 2 hr 3 min (105 miles). Winter access is equally convenient, with Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort 36 min (22 miles) away and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 36 min (25 miles). Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is 48 min (33 miles), Idaho Falls (IDA) 1 hr 21 min (67 miles), and Bozeman (BZN) 3 hr 43 min (194 miles). Victor is 3 min away, Driggs 14 min, Jackson 34 min, and Teton Village 37 min. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to our neighbors. Events are not allowed (no parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be charged for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. [SI]
