The house is currently going through a remodel, but will be available soon for move in. The house has a beautiful backyard with pool and grill for some outdoor relaxation. It also has a game room and very spacious shared living area for everyone to enjoy. The house also has washer and dryer on property and beautiful kitchen. I do not require an application fee but will request that you fill out an Avail rental application form that will verify income, background, and credit check. I do not care about your past, but need to know who is moving in. If everything checks out, I will discount the $55 fee from your first month’s rent. The house is conveniently near the freeway and near stores. The major cross streets are McMurray Blvd and Gilbert. Currently my property is not equipped to accommodate pets or children.
