About This Property

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath house located in Hollidaysburg. 1st floor has a large living room with hardwood floors. The kitchen features fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and lots of cabinet space. 2 of the bedrooms have hardwood floors and ceiling fans. 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor is carpeted. Full bath. Washer and Electric Dryer in basement. No Pets/No Smoking or Vaping of any kind. $1000/mo rent, $1000/security deposit. Tenant(s) must pay for all utilities as well as lawn care and snow removal. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee for each person 18 or older, this covers credit and criminal background check. If you would like to be considered for one of our properties, please respond with your name, phone number and a brief description of your situation and why you're interested in renting from us.
