About This Property
Sublet.com ID 2791437. Hi! Im subleasing this apartment from August 2016 to August 2017. Ive lived here for the past year and signed the lease from Cron Management for the coming year, but ended up finding a new apartment. This apartment is in a great location literally across the street from the Breslin Center. It faces Harrison Avenue and is in the nice, cute, safe Flowerpot neighborhood just over the bridge from Grand River. Its just a walk across the street to any football or sports games. There are 2 AC units. There is 1 shower/bathtub. The front door requires a security code given to tenants. Water is included, and a free parking spot. No pets are allowed. The apartment has huge windows in each room (that Im really going to miss!) but also sturdy blinds to block out any light if youre not feeling it. The windows look over Harrison and a beautiful park. Its a great view, especially on game days. The bedroom comes with a huge double sliding door closet, t For more details and images visit sublet.com/rhp.asp and enter ID 2791437
