This is an all electric unit (no gas). This is a non-smoking unit and does not have central air nor a washer/dryer hookup. Residents have found a window air conditioning unit (not included) along with the ceiling fan (included) quite comfortable. The unit includes a range and refrigerator. We require an $800 security deposit with $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. Small, friendly pets are welcome. The house is located in a charming area where you can walk to the beach in minutes. We rent year round with the rent remaining the same during the summer high season when others charge as much or more than $1000+/week. This is a great opportunity to enjoy beach life.
