This home accommodates up to 12 guests and features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and a coffee maker (drip, Keurig, and pot). Entertainment options include a 65” smart TV, a large plush sofa, a game room with a pool table, arcade games, and a foosball table. The backyard offers a private pool, hot tub, outdoor theater with a projector and beanbags, a fire pit, a wall mural, an outdoor patio/dining area, a BBQ grill, corn hole, giant Jenga, and putt putt. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year and require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Nearby attractions include Lake Seminole Park, Seminole City Park, Boca Ciega Millennium Park, Seminole Waterfront Park, and Blossom Lake Park. You'll also find a variety of restaurants nearby, such as Clear Sky on Park, Mama’s Kitchen, Miller's Ale House, Seminole Diner, and Sushi & Soy. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area, or you can use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed.
