Other amenities include: • Private entrance • Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances • Washer/dryer • Kitchen table + chairs • Living room sofa • Above-ground windows with natural light • Independent thermostat The ideal tenant is one individual or a couple who are independently motivated to keep the space clean and tidy. Bonus points if you enjoy mountain biking, skiing, or other outdoor activities. No smoking or vaping. One (x1) dog or cat will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $50/month toward rent. 6- or 12-month lease with availability starting May 1st. Deposit is $1000, paid upfront and 100% refundable, assuming no damage. The chosen applicant will also be required to show proof of renter's insurance within 1 month of the move-in date. Utilities are included and cover gas, electricity, water, internet, sewer, and trash. Applicants are required to provide proof of employment (W2s, 1099s, etc.) along with a bank statement showing enough funds to cover 2 months of rent. Calls/texts preferred.
