Welcome to “The Nine One Oeaux”! When you stay in this cute cottage, you’ll have plenty of room for work, play, and rest. Simply bring your personal items, then unpack and enjoy your time here. You’ll be welcomed with a snack basket as well as few days worth of coffee and creamer. Spices and plenty of the basics are available in the large kitchen. A starter supply of paper products and toiletries are in both the kitchen and bathroom. Minimum monthly stay with no maximum. Cleaning services are available and required at least once a month. Cleaning supplies and equipment are available on-site for your use. Trash pick up weekly in which tenant will be required to take receptacles to the curb and back. Books, games, smart tvs, darts, yoga mats/blocks, and a basketball goal are available for your use. AT&T fiber optic and an extension are in the home to provide the strongest and best possible internet connection. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Owners are expected to clean up and care for animals at all times. They should have their own bedding and supplies which are not provided. Any damages caused by animals will be charged to the tenant. There are so many reasons to choose this place! You will truly feel at home and comfortable at “The Nine One Oeaux”!
