91 Screven St Unit Sunset Delight

Darien is a friendly, small city with a long history, little traffic, located off of Scenic Hwy 17 and a short drive to I95. Walkable and scenic it's an ideal jumping off spot to explore Georgia's coast. You are 20 minutes from the Brunswick airport (Delta has 2 or 3 flights a day) and a little over an hour from the Savannah or Jacksonville airports. This is a non-smoking condo and (sorry) pets aren't allowed by our covenants. Happy to respond to any questions. Be safe, be well. The unit consists of a lovely queen bedroom suite with great views and a bathroom with a large tiled shower. The additional bedroom also has a queen sized bed with the bathroom with a bathtub just across the hall. We offer a sweet fully equipped kitchen, a hall closet, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a screened balcony. You have access to a small storage room below our unit, and you may park under the buildings, first come first serve. Many other spots are adjacent to the building (off street parking.) There's a small swimming pool and a dock you may fish from. The best feature is how close it is to all the downtown shops, restaurants and charming neighborhoods.
