I've had an amazing experience living in this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to Christy, our amazing property manager. From day one, she has been incredibly proactive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making this a great place to live. She’s always on top of maintenance requests, communicates clearly and promptly, and consistently looks for ways to improve the property overall. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and the building. Each of the apartments has been beautifully remodeled with thoughtful design and quality finishes, making them not just functional but truly enjoyable to live in. The attention to detail in the updates really reflects the care and pride put into maintaining the property. It’s rare to find someone so hands-on and committed, and it makes a huge difference. I feel lucky to have lived here for the past 4 years and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community in the heart of WeHo.
Moved here about three years ago to a beautifully spacious 2bed 2 bath. But last month I decided to downsize to save some money. Was looking all around and finally a unit in our building became available. It was definitely on the higher end of what I wanted to pay. But the building manager there is great. Always attentive and willing to help! And you can’t beat the location. Can’t wait for another few years here
In WeHo this is best location close to everything restaurants, shopping, nightlife and so walkable. The apartment is spacious and with great amount of storage space. But what makes this property the best is Christy H., the property manager. She makes everything runs so smooth it’s a pleasure to live in the building. She is on top of every aspect of property management and so prompt and helpful if at all any issue comes up for resolution. To bring this all together she brings the sense of community to the building. If it were not for me moving out of state I would not give up my beautiful apartment in the building with helpful neighbors and THE best property manager Christy H.!
The location is absolutely perfect. The building is clean and quiet. Tenants are respectful and friendly. Not to mention, the property manager is amazing! She is very responsive and constantly improving the property.

My Gf and I have lived at this location for over 5 years. The location hands down the best in WeHo. Walk up the street and you're on Sunset Blvd, walk 100 ft down and you're on Santa Monica Blvd. The property manager Christy is one of a kind. I've never had a manager who cares so much about the tenants and making the building feel like home. She's a big reason why we've stayed all these years.

Could not say enough great things about 909 Palm. I've lived here for over two years and don't plan on leaving until I become a homeowner. The location is perfect and convenient for so many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shops. Even though it's situated between Sunset and Santa Monica, it's such a quiet street and I can never hear people outside. The building has great amenities/features like a pool, laundry room and our building manager, Christy, on-site. Christy goes above and beyond to improve our building, help tenants with any issues/needs, and maintain the community feel we have. Really, I don't know of any other building managers who take such care of their properties or operate with so much attention to detail. Not to mention she's a delight and always so friendly and patient! Many tenants have lived here for decades since it's rent-controlled and so well maintained; it really creates a neighborhood feel where I know the majority of my neighbors and have become friends with many of them. It's super pet-friendly and the surrounding streets have so many wonderful grass patches for dogs (not to mention the WeHo dog park is 5 blocks away!). Seriously can't recommend this building enough - our friends are always so jealous to see our unit and hear how competitive and fair our rent is (and that's regardless of rent control!). If you can get the chance to apply to this building, I highly recommend it. There are so few living experiences like this in WeHo or LA at large.

Great place to live! Finding a great apartment that's conveniently located in the heart of LA is no easy task, and this place is a real gem! I could go on and on about the location (safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything you could need, plus a short drive from so many destinations), but we are also so pleased with the apartment itself, which was updated with new finishings and fixtures shortly before we moved in. This property is great, with plenty of amenities to make it feel like home, and the management ensures we are all well taken care of. I know that whenever we have a question or need assistance in a repair or upgrade (which truly isn't often), we can count on Christy! She cares about the little details, like installing LED lights to make the walkways more visible at night and planting flowers by the front entrance. We are so grateful we snagged this place!

Me and my roommate love our apartment, and it's right in the heart of West Hollywood. Very close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and the legendary WeHo bar scene. The location is just down the street from the Sunset Strip. Our two-bedroom is spacious with a nice layout, and if you need something fixed, the management is prompt and fast.

I’ve lived in this building for 24 years, it’s the longest I’ve ever lived in any one place and probably ever will. It’s home. Over the years, I’ve experienced 5 different Bldg managers and our current one, Christy is better than all the previous ones combined. Since she started she not only helped with the long list of repairs needed for my apartment, but for the entire place. She has implemented safety measures to a previously insecure Bldg, helped to replace old pipes, paint the Bldg and has gone above and beyond what most managers would do. More than anything she is always kind, caring and makes the bldg a better place to live.

I really do love this place. Great community of people, and management isn’t tolerant of parties or craziness. The building is rent controlled so there are a number of residents who have lived there between 20-40 years. Units are nice for the area, and Christy gets stuff done. The building is well made and I’ve actually never heard neighbors through the walls. I wish they would become a smoke free building, but that is my only complaint.
