So far so good! Everyone has been very nice. Maintenance responds quick. Our apartment is spacious which is a great deviation from the other small Nashville apartment available.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area and other amenities are clean, and i love the coffee machine in the resident lounge.
Location is amazing, but property management does not care about their tenants one bit. Every time I have an issue there is no communication until I follow up multiple times. Their corporate policies prevent them from being helpful in anyway. I am living with cockroaches and have to keep reaching out to ask when this will be resolved and communication is different based on who you talk to and not helpful.
Love living here. Great views and great community feel. Front office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great value in a great area close to the city. Love it here!

The location is awesome...love being right across from the farmers market and the park. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The one area that needs attention is the hallways and smell in the hallways. Should be as nice as the lobby area.

Good place, great amenities, very nice staff, and very good col. Only caveat is how “un-diverse” the neighborhood is (gentrified). It also gets crowded with tourists especially in the summer if hanging out is your thing.

It’s a quiet and cozy place to live. Lots of longtime residents here which feels like a good sign and relatively affordable compared to other communities very nearby. Living across the street from the farmers market is also a huge plus.

I really enjoy the chicfila they do every now and then. Other than my car being broken into twice at this place I’ve really enjoyed it. Maintenance is great.

Things have gotten better since my last review. The office has fixed my issue. The only problem now is with security. I have called them at least 2 times this month and they have not responded

Very nice and quit place the staff are very helpful very nice amenities. Close to parks and stores if you like the party seen . You’re very Close to Broadway . The farmers market is a great place to visit right across the street.

Okay location, okay prices, nice staff. Could use better amenities and better upkeep. Unfortunately, lot of crime and break ins. A lot of vehicles in the garage were broken into. Another unit was broken into. Consider hiring security. Don’t live on the first floor unless you like dealing with floods and water issues constantly.

Nicholas the maintenance guy is fantastic. I enjoy the location and the free breakfast every other month or so. The staff is very personable to talk to and knowledgeable about everything you'd need to know. The coffee machine downstairs is fantastic as well.

Great location, friendly and responsive office staff. I love the amenities and easy access to multiple elevators/stairs. Another major bonus to this apartment is that they have a multi-level parking lot, making it easier to go to/from your vehicle.

I like it here except for I’ve been hit by a car twice this year using the crosswalk to leave here. Other than that, the amenities are really nice and the neighbors are mostly pretty cool.

Everything is broken around here. Doors to the elevator and to stairwells are falling apart. Floors are constantly dirty. Nothing is kept up. Amenities are in poor shape. The pool table in Love Circle is torn and not balanced. When you play a game all the balls go to one side of the table. Pool sticks are in bad shape. The AC always seems broken up in Love Circle. Floor is always sticky as well in Love Circle. The door to the elevator by the dumpster is broken. Instead of pulling down like a normal door you have to pull up. HVAC closets keep flooding. Grills at the pool are in very poor shape, knobs falling off, need to be cleaned. Staff is nice but so many problems with the building and lack of amenities. Not to mention the recent break ins. Can't recommend this place.

everyone has been very nice and it seems very quite at night. I love all the amenities that come with the place. My apartment has 8 windows in the family room and its wonderful for me and my cat.

I LOVE IT HERE! The apartment has so much space and I love the wall and trim color. I also love that my closet and bathroom are connected as it gives me a lot of space on my side.

Things just need to be taken care of and amenities need to be fixed (grills/pool table/door fob readers). Over the last year things have been brought up but nothing has been done. REPLACE MY FRIDGE!

Nice, spacious, and in the perfect location there’s nothing quite like it here in Nashville. Perfect walking distance between any hotspot in Nash. Clean and modern with a very “homey” feel.

I love living here! The location is my favorite part. Still close to downtown without the downtown feel. Also great amenities! The guest suite is one of my favorites. So convenient when having guests in town

Good staff and location. Parking garage mirrors unfortunately are not angled correctly. It’s a pretty straight forward place to live at because they aren’t any surprises.

I just moved here in March of 2024. So far everything is great. Staff is friendly, complex is nice, great area. I had a few very minor initial maintenance issues that were addressed promptly.

This is a good apartment close to downtown. The management is friendly and they hold events for the residents to mingle. The common areas are nice and they helped me move my stuff in. My only complaint is sometimes the corridors smell and the walls are thin. But that doesn’t matter that much, it’s a good place to stay.
