The property is within 15 minutes of Conifer, Morrison, and Littleton (470 beltway) so there is quick access to dining, shopping, interstate access. - Cost: $3,000 per month if you want access to the entire 5 acres including the barn or $2,000 per month if you just want to rent the house. - Utilities: Renter pays for utilities including electric, gas and internet. Renter takes care of snow removal, trash removal, and lawn care in front of the house. The beauty of this remote paradise is that there is no cell service but other options as landline or internet provide alternative ways to get phone service. - Terms: 1 year lease with security deposit equal to one month rent and first month rent paid at move in. Absolutely no smoking. Renters insurance is required. - Pets: additional $500 non refundable pet deposit.
