The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, side tables with reading lamps, a 3-drawer dresser, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features a garden tub, stand-up shower, and dual vanity sinks. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, side tables with reading lamps, and dresser drawers. A standard 3-piece bath in the hall is convenient for guests. A $1000 fee will be billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke in the home upon check-out, or if smoke is detected in the house. The no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
