The space is private and safe, we accomplish this by keeping Guests and foot traffic to a minimum. It has beautiful flooring and feels very clean, and newly installed ductless AC/Heat to give you cool summers and warm winters. Also includes new counters and its own Dedicated Hot water heater. Note: Some Doors are narrow and not full height because it's an old house. This is not a low income or HUD space. The electricity is on a separate meter, but we will cover water, sewer, & garbage. We are looking for quiet, easy-going renters that are reliable and prompt with rent.
