No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, or oversize or commercial vehicles are allowed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine.
