Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors to the unit closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet.
