Full access to the home and 2 car driveway. Street parking is available. A quaint neighborhood with tree-lined streets that exude timeless charm. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is a small fire pit in the backyard. Guests are asked to extinguish any flames and turn off gas when unattended and adhere to county burn bans when in effect. Fireworks are not allowed. Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. HVAC Rules: Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Bug spray is available underneath the sink.
