Large private patio with locking privacy fence brick pavers in back great for entertaining and grilling! Lower level is large suite with tall ceilings and private full bath, very large walk in closet and built in wet bar (cabinets, vessel sink, and space fridge); lower level also has a large egress window that lets plenty of light in. Laundry room is also located in the lower level. All newer paint, updated energy efficient gas utilities, all new energy efficient windows and doors on front of house and tons of recessed lights and ceiling fans throughout the house. Security system with keypads in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Wired for cable TV, surround sound, internet and phone in every room. Renters are in charge of utilities, including water and electricity. Interested prospective tenants will be asked to complete a free rental application, which only takes 5 minutes to fill out. A one-month security deposit, proof of renter's insurance, and the first month's rent are required at the time of leasing. We are looking to rent all three bedrooms together with a one-year lease; individual rooms will not be rented separately. Each renter will be required to apply and be added to the lease. There is no rooftop deck or onsite parking, but the location is convenient, with one-way streets and parking available at the middle school just two blocks away. A good credit score of 650 or above is required. Renters will need to fill out the application before touring the property; this is free.
