The washer and dryer units are accessible just a few steps away in a shared (w/ owner) indoor laundry room just outside the apartment. Trash/recycle bins are accessible right next to the laundry room inside the garage. The entire apartment suite for rent is approx. 350 sq ft. There is a covered patio with seating you may use at the front of the home with a view of the front yard featuring a gorgeous Red Oak, native Texas plants, and a colorful rose garden. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. The homeowner Caroline is a 40-year-old professional who is friendly, respectful, and quiet. She loves playing clarinet in a civic group, exercising, listening to music, outdoor adventures, cooking/eating healthy, exploring restaurants, board games, movies, and her pets. She has a small dog and cat that would be separate from your pets. Please no smoking, heavy drinking, vaping, or drug use in or near premise. No open flames such as candles or incense to keep shared central air clean. *Location* Polished Stone Cove is located in central Pflugerville in the Settler's Meadow neighborhood and the home was built in 1999.
