Dog friendly, but please confirm pet type and size before booking. There is plenty of street parking in front of the home. The initial pet fee is $350, and unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at the expense of the guest. Ideally located just a 10-minute drive from downtown and within walking distance to East Nashville, you'll have access to some of the hippest bars, restaurants, and music Nashville has to offer. Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of booking for a reservation to be considered valid. Check-in is at 3 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $55 charge, subject to availability. Please treat the home and its contents with care. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let us know. Do not use the towels to remove make-up, or the linen clean-up will be charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be properly disposed of in a trash bag and placed in the trash bin. No smoking inside the house; a $500 charge applies if evidence of smoking is found. Keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM, and respect the neighbors. A $250 disturbance fee applies if there is a noise complaint. No parties, drugs, or illicit activities are allowed. External cameras are in place for security. If emergency services are called, a $250 service fee applies. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night. Additional guests are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy. A $50 lockout service fee applies if you are locked out, plus parts and labor if necessary. Ensure your vehicle and the property are properly locked to ensure safety and security. We are not responsible for any loss of property.
