About This Property
I'm subletting my room located at 902 Dryden Rd for the spring semester. The four bedroom townhouse is right next to Cornell campus, but we're all Ithaca students and don't mind the short drive. -The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully. -Smoking is allowed, and small pets are as well. -There are two bathrooms, and if you are female I will nudge the other three guys into letting you take one for yourself. -There's a parking lot that has never been at capacity since I've been there. $650 Monthly Rent
902 Dryden Rd is an apartment community located in Tompkins County and the 14850 ZIP Code.
