Property Ratings at 900 F Street
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how 900 F Street Apartments has handled my application process. I completed every step that was required: submitted all documents, completed the background check, income verification, and even had a trusted friend tour the unit for me while I attended virtually. I made it clear—multiple times, both in writing and verbally—that my move-in date was August 1st, and the leasing agent explicitly confirmed and assured me that this date was acceptable and the unit would be held. Now, after weeks of waiting and moving forward in good faith, I get a call asking if I’m moving in on July 23rd—which is not what was agreed upon. This is completely unprofessional. When I reminded them that August 1st was the confirmed and acknowledged date, they backtracked and said the unit might no longer be available. This kind of miscommunication and lack of integrity wastes people’s time, money, and emotional energy—especially for those relocating or coordinating housing from out of town. I upheld my end of the agreement. 900 F failed to uphold theirs. Proceed with caution. The location may be appealing, but the management and leasing process are disorganized, unreliable, and misleading.

They don't really care about the tenants. Many times they have a "professional day" but tenants are not informed in advance when the office is closed. So if you need help specifically from the leasing office, too bad! I could write a book on the problems here.

A very poor hygiene of the building and the amenities.
I'm so happy to be living here at 900 F. The price is very affordable and you can't beat it for the location. Great amenities and very friendly neighbors. Apartments are very nice and cozy too, I like the hardwood floors. The management and maintenance team are amazing as well, very nice and supportive. They never fail to solve any problem I have.
