This charming cottage from the early 1900's features high-speed internet, cable, a full kitchen, and a combination washer/dryer. The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for your in-home meals, including well-stocked glasses, plates, silverware, and all of the proper cooking utensils. Appliances include a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and a combination drip and single-use (Keurig style) coffee machine with a beginning supply of k-pods provided at check-in. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Nestled on a quiet one-way street, this home is a short walk to all of the city's famous attractions. Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Enjoy some local favorite restaurants nearby such as Preserved, Blue Hen, and Bantam Chef. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
