Fully furnished condo in Bexley gated condo community! 3 bedrooms and 3 bath with plenty of storage throughout (including attic and garage). Formal living room and separate family room, which overlooks garden. Large dining area next to an updated open kitchen. Second floor condo with quiet neighbors. Oversized 2 car garage (detached) also has lots of room for storage. Bexley Public Schools and Police. AC and furnace are only 1.5 years old, so very efficient and quiet! Location is amazing! Bishop Square condo community is across the street from: Bexley pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, Jeffrey Mansion, Nelson Park, 7 and 10 bus, and Alum Creek trail (great for biking). 8 min drive to downtown, 8 min drive to airport! 13 min drive to OSU campus. All yard maintenance and snow removal included in rent (professionally managed by association). Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. Renter/lessee pays electric and water/trash (to Bexley). We (owner/lessor) pays HOA fees, which cover all outdoor maintenance and landscaping.Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow any pets (other than fish and service animals), so that is not negotiable unless they are certified service animals. Condo is fully furnished (though we are open to move furniture to garage for $900 fee). Discount available for 12 month lease, and open to month-to-month lease for an extra $100/month. We, the owners, are in the neighborhood and don't have other properties, so we respond quickly and you won't be dealing with a rental agency.
