Bishop Square condo community is across the street from: Bexley pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, Jeffrey Mansion, Nelson Park, 7 and 10 bus, and Alum Creek trail (great for biking). 8 min drive to downtown, 8 min drive to airport! 13 min drive to OSU campus. All yard maintenance and snow removal included in rent (professionally managed by association). Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. Renter/lessee pays electric and water/trash (to Bexley). We (owner/lessor) pays HOA fees, which cover all outdoor maintenance and landscaping.Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow any pets (other than fish and service animals), so that is not negotiable unless they are certified service animals.
