The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals in a stylish yet comfortable setting. There is a kitchen in both the garden unit and the carriage house. Available parking is on street at the meters or at any nearby parking garage. Monterey Square, famously featured in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, is widely regarded as Savannah's most beautiful square, surrounded by grand mansions draped in Spanish moss and anchored by historic monuments. As a guest, you will be immersed in the rich history and elegance of this storied neighborhood. This property is not party-friendly. Loud noise, music, or parties of any sort are not allowed. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. No Bachelor or Bachelorette Groups are permitted. The maximum occupancy is six adults, and the minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, strictly enforced. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There are exterior security cameras by each of the front exterior doors for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. We provide one set of towels per person and laundry detergent in case you would like to wash during your stay. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing any additional consumables needed.
