You can rent the casita either partially furnished (bedroom dresser, kitchen table & chairs, futon sofa and coffee table) or fill it entirely with your own belongings. There is ample parking available. This ideal location also offers easy access to the fun and funky town of Madrid. The interior is completely renovated. And the exterior paint and yard maintenance will be completed this spring. Maximum occupancy is a party of two. Rent is $1850 per month. Rent includes water, trash removal and electricity. Tenant pays for gas and internet. A 1 month security deposit is required when the lease is signed. First and last month's rent is due upon move-in. This is a non-smoking property. First and last month's rent is due upon move-in ($3700). Small dog Ok. Cat is Ok. 12 month lease. Background check is required ($40 fee). 600 + credit score minimum.
