About This Property

Very large ground floor for rent, in shared house. I live alone, and I am looking for one neat, trustworthy and friendly guy who is willing to rent the ground floor of my house. Your washroom, living room and bedroom is completely independent from mine (I will not need to pass through your living space to get to mine), but we will share the same entrance, kitchen, laundry room and garage(there's a spot for your car) . The ground floor has access to a large backyard and porch which you can use for barbecues and gatherings when the weather is good, or for what ever else you like. Utilities will be paid apart, based on consumption. I'll prefer to not have pets, but I can tolerate only one dog and no cats if you must. Move in whenever you are ready.
