About This Property
This 3 Bed + Office (or Dining Room) SINGLE FAMILY HOME is a good deal for the nice town of Andover. Why Rent an Apartment when you can have your own HOUSE The home is smaller and it's certainly not granite counter tops or stainless steel type of living, if that is what you require, this is not the place for you. But, this cute house features two good size bedrooms, living room, and decent kitchen/bath on the first floor. You could make one of the bedrooms on the first floor into a dining room, if needed, because the kitchen only has room for a small table. There's a good size back yard accessible through the kitchen.
9 Burnham Rd is a house located in Essex County and the 01810 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Andover attendance zone.
