Resort Parking Rules: The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars per house. There is room in the driveway for no more than two cars. Do not block the sidewalks. Additional cars must park in non-numbered spaces. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
