There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Windsor Island Resort has areas of ongoing construction, so be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. A dedicated workspace gives you room to stay connected when needed. Upstairs, two themed bedrooms bring Disney adventures to life. The Star Wars - Rise of the Resistance room features one full bed and one twin bed, while the Mickey and Minnie Railway Runaway room mirrors that set-up, each space offering its own TV. The Blue Sanctuary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
