The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, while the dining area offers seating for six around the dining table and additional seating for five at the kitchen counter. The open-plan kitchen and dining area make entertaining and cooking a fun and enjoyable experience, allowing you to share private time with friends and family without missing out on any conversations. For an additional charge, guests can enjoy volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Pool heating is available for $50.00 per day and must be purchased for the total length of the stay, requested at least seven days prior to check-in. Paradise Palms Resort offers a variety of amenities and services, including a sauna, jacuzzi, lounge area, water slide, sundry shop, game room, walking trail, video arcade, fitness center, kids play area, poolside tiki bar, concierge service, 50-seat movie theater, and a huge resort-style pool. The resort is close to top-rated golf courses and provides massage and concierge services for an additional charge. The gated community features a 24-hour attendant, a large space with a TV, a computer room with high-speed internet access, and a beach-entry pool perfect for families with little ones. Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom, dish soap, a sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, and a garbage bag. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. This house is self-catering, and while welcome amenities are provided, it is recommended to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida law, open food cannot be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, so all food items will be removed after check-out. Excessive required cleaning, or a double clean, is charged at $100.00.
