The other bedroom is occupied by another tenant. He is in his 30s, quiet and a clean professional. He works full time, is respectful, and isn't a partier. I'm looking for someone similar for this room. The bathroom living room, and kitchen are shared with this tenant living in the other room. It's a flat $1200 per month with utilities being separate (electricity and wifi). The living room will be furnished with a tv, sofa, coffee table, and tv stand. The kitchen will have an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a microwave along with a kitchen table. I will just need first months rent and a refundable deposit ($1200). Only 1 person, please.
