The worst value of any place I have ever lived. My unit was flooding every time it rained yet it took them 5 months to fix it. The parking garage floods, garage door sensor is faulty, common areas are dirty, pool table not level, dryer doesn't dry, cabinets have defects, AC sensors faulty, and management just will just yes you but do nothing as they ignored all of my complaints.

Billed incorrectly for the first 3 months I lived there and it took 9 months for them to pay me back for the over billed amount. Many issues too numerous to write. Biggest issues are EXPENSE. Trash bill was exceeding $160/mo. for garbage ONLY. Too many issues to list. Please save yourself the trouble and find another apartment.
-Management company/team is a joke. A today example is they failed to let everyone know the fire alarms would sound repeatedly for an hour at 8am due to elevator maintenance, not an emergency. -Maintenance team? There isn't one that does any work. -The building itself was poorly built, problems everywhere with no fixes for a year. -Other problems over the year: Trash overflowing, elevators and fire extinguishers PAST DUE for service, building leaking toxic-looking goo INTO the parking garage, problems with air filtration system, communal doors that have NO locks on them and/or are never locked, etc etc etc.

I love living in such a beautiful brand new apartment with such amazing views of the city and surrounding Sonoma County Hills. I’m so close to so many great restaurants and my work that my commute is easy no matter where I’m going. The community here is peaceful and easy-going, which is ideal for a place you call home.

I love being downtown where I’m so close to my work, shopping and amazing restaurants. My view is spectacular and rivals those of fountain grove residents. I’m so happy in my gorgeous new apartment!

I love living at 888 4th Street. The building is very nice and modern, and in a very convenient location to downtown/Grocery Outlet/hiking/etc. The building manager Courtney is super nice and accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested!

I am really enjoying my new apartment. I like the double pocket doors for the bedroom they provide an illusion of a bigger space. The ammenities are good and the rooftop a great bonus. The view of the mountains from my apartment is great and changes when we have morning fog. The location is convienent. Management is very friendly and professional.
